The Lincoln County Regional Planning Commission (LCRPC) and the Midcoast Council of Governments (MCOG) are hosting a joint Planning Board training workshop on Wednesday, January 18, 2023 at 5:00PM at the LCRPC Office and by Zoom.  LCRPC's office is located at 297 Bath Road (Route 1), Wiscasset.

 

This workshop is designed to be a resource for newer Planning Board members and can serve as a refresher course for seasoned Planning Board members. It is intended to be similar to the workshop put on by the Maine Municipal Association (MMA).

• - Freedom of Access Act
• - Application Review Procedures
• - State Standards and Rules
• - A Question & Answer Session
